Returns and Refunds Policy

At Invitafy we design personalized digital invitations for weddings, quinceañeras (XV años), and special events. Since every invitation is created specifically for your event, this policy is meant to be clear and fair to you.

Nature of the product
Each invitation is a custom-made digital product, unique to your event. Because it's a personalized product that we begin creating especially for you, it cannot be resold or reused.

Deposit and payments
The reservation deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the start of the design work we carry out personally for your event. Likewise, once the design has begun, payments are not subject to refund.

Revisions included
We want you to love your invitation. That's why we include 2 rounds of revisions on the design (text, colors, photos, and event details) until your final approval, within the scope of the package you purchased.

Errors on our part
If the delivered invitation contains an error that is our responsibility (a detail you provided correctly that we typed incorrectly, or a technical fault), we'll correct it at no cost and as quickly as possible.
